About the role

What you'll do
- Design learning journeys for technical talent, managers and emerging leaders
- Run flagship graduate, manager and high-potential development programs
- Assess capability gaps and create relevant learning interventions
- Build technical learning pathways with subject matter experts and partners
- Track program engagement, learning outcomes and application
- Coordinate program planning, communications, vendors, facilitators and logistics
