About the role
The Hoxton Bengaluru City is a neighbourhood hotel with an all-day dining restaurant and bar. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee restaurant service, develop the team, and maintain guest experience and operational standards.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in the Restaurant Manager’s absence
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach restaurant team members
- Prepare schedules and lead pre-service and post-service briefings
- Resolve guest concerns and maintain dining service standards
- Manage inventory, staffing, restaurant setup, and equipment maintenance
- Coach suggestive selling and ensure cleanliness and HACCP compliance
