The Hoxton operates neighbourhood hotels with dining, bars and event spaces. The Banquet Executive will coordinate event operations, prepare function rooms and support the banquet team in delivering guest-focused service.

• Coordinate banquet operations during assigned shifts
• Set up and maintain function rooms to event specifications
• Work with kitchen, events and stewarding teams to deliver events
• Respond to guest requests and resolve operational issues
• Monitor departmental costs, equipment and supplies
• Support team training and ensure safety and hygiene compliance
