The Hoxton operates neighbourhood hotels with restaurants, bars, events and guest experiences. The Junior Sous Chef will lead bakery production, maintain quality and food safety, manage stock and costs, and coach the pastry team.

• Lead daily bakery operations across outlets and events
• Organise production plans, sections and team responsibilities
• Maintain quality, consistency and presentation of bakery items
• Develop seasonal menus, specials and event recipes
• Manage stock, ordering, rotation, portion control and waste
• Coach pastry team members and uphold food safety requirements
