About the role
Merkle's Experience Design team delivers digital design engagements across UX, UI, and visual design. This person will lead design projects, guide quality, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional and client teams.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end UX, UI, and visual design engagements
- Translate business and user needs into digital experiences
- Manage project workflows, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
- Create interaction designs, information architecture, user journeys, and flows
- Mentor designers and contribute to design practices
- Explore AI tools and emerging technologies in design workflows
