About the role

RSM provides professional services and delivers Microsoft Dynamics 365 business application solutions to global clients. The Associate Director will lead concurrent Dynamics 365 CE engagements, shape and oversee solutions, and coach consulting teams.

What you'll do

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications and the Power Platform
Translate client business problems into functional specifications and solution designs
Lead concurrent engagements and own delivery quality, risks, and outcomes
Direct data migration, integrations, security design, and ALM strategy
Review project work products and oversee testing and deployment
Coach and develop junior consultants
