About the role
Nordson provides sales support and administration services for customers and sales staff. This associate will support order processing, quotes, sales information, customer events, competitor research and reporting.
What you'll do
- Process orders and prepare customer quotes
- Maintain sales information and competitor documentation
- Organize customer sales seminars and workshops
- Manage inventory of sales literature and brochures
- Prepare reports on inquiries, trends, complaints and delivery issues
