About the role
PlaySimple is a games company operating entities in India and Singapore. The Treasury Assistant Manager will oversee cash, banking, foreign exchange, regulatory compliance, and IPO-related treasury work across both entities.
What you'll do
- Monitor cash positions and prepare liquidity forecasts across India and Singapore
- Manage banking relationships, accounts, and credit facilities
- Monitor currency exposures and execute compliant FX hedges
- Manage intercompany remittances and regulatory filings
- Prepare treasury reports and maintain policies, controls, and audit support
- Support IPO treasury workstreams, including escrow and fund-flow tracking
