About the role
PhonePe builds digital payment, financial services and digital distribution platforms, including a broking platform. You will manage commodities trade settlement, maintain operating procedures, resolve process issues and support compliant audit outcomes.
What you'll do
- Execute commodities trade settlements within exchange and clearing-house timelines
- Complete daily service-delivery tasks according to defined schedules
- Provide process inputs to product and engineering teams developing commodities trading
- Draft and maintain standard operating procedures for settlement operations
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams, exchanges and external providers
- Ensure compliant outcomes for internal and external regulatory audits
