• Resolve merchant technical queries through hands-on troubleshooting
• Become the subject matter expert for assigned PhonePe products
• Identify product and technical gaps and suggest improvements
• Report bugs and coordinate resolutions with product and engineering teams
• Document merchant technical information and gather feedback
• Develop business requirements and represent merchants in product prioritisation
