About the role
PhonePe builds digital platforms for payments, digital distribution and financial services, including lending. This person will establish lending operations processes, improve loan repayment and collections efficiency, and manage compliance, reconciliation and reporting.
What you'll do
- Set up and optimize processes across the end-to-end loan lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to improve repayment and collections efficiency
- Implement lending strategies with cross-functional teams
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and develop reconciliation controls
- Create customer support feedback mechanisms and issue-handling SOPs
- Manage business reporting and streamline operational processes
