About the role
Withum provides accounting, tax, and business management services to clients. You will prepare and review US partnership and corporate tax returns, resolve tax issues, and support and mentor staff.
What you'll do
- Prepare complex federal and state partnership and corporate tax returns
- Review partnership, corporation, and S-corporation returns
- Identify tax-law adjustments and book-to-tax differences
- Analyze depreciation, gains and losses, and financial statements
- Assist staff with tax issues and proposed solutions
- Train new joiners and share review feedback
