About the role
Withum's Forensic and Valuation Services practice advises clients on valuation, risk management, and related financial and business matters. This associate will prepare valuations and quantitative analyses, develop Excel-based models, and support client reports and appraisal reviews.
What you'll do
- Prepare and review valuation analyses for tax, reporting, and advisory work
- Enter tax return and financial statement data into Excel models
- Assist with client reports, letters, and other deliverables
- Review third-party appraisals for audit support
- Research macroeconomic and industry factors for valuations
- Develop and maintain valuation models using Excel and VBA
