About the role
Blitz provides same-day delivery services for eCommerce brands. The Associate Product Manager will research user needs, support product strategy and launches, and track feature performance.
What you'll do
- Research needs of riders, merchants, franchise owners and operations teams
- Support product strategy, discovery and execution
- Write product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Create product wireframes and prototypes in Figma
- Analyze feature performance and adoption using SQL and dashboards
- Coordinate product launches and rollout
