About the role
Eka Care builds AI-powered clinical intelligence products that structure health data and support clinical workflows. You will build and operate reliable backend systems for streaming audio, LLM document generation, and agent workflows.
What you'll do
- Build EkaScribe's streaming audio and document-generation pipeline
- Own service reliability, incident response, and postmortems
- Develop evaluations and observability for LLM systems
- Build agent workflows with retrieval, tools, and guardrails
- Scale asynchronous processing, caching, and multi-tenant systems
- Ship production changes using safe deployments and feature flags
