• Design clinical instruction-tuning data mixes and chat templates
• Run preference optimization and reward-model training
• Build reinforcement-learning loops with verifiable medical rewards
• Create agentic and tool-use training data for healthcare workflows
• Evaluate models, analyze errors and red-team model behavior
