About the role
Eka Care builds a GenAI-powered healthcare infrastructure platform connecting participants across care journeys. The intern will support finance operations, compliance, and strategic finance initiatives including ESOPs, M&A, fundraising, and cap table management.
What you'll do
- Support monthly book closure and MIS
- Assist with GST and TDS compliance matters
- Support ESOP structuring and M&A initiatives
- Assist with fundraising execution and cap table management
- Support selected secretarial compliance work
