About the role
Bosch Global Software Technologies provides engineering, IT and business solutions, including battery energy storage project engineering. The Electrical Lead will guide electrical design, grid interconnection, compliance, and commissioning support for battery storage projects.
What you'll do
- Lead electrical design of BESS plants and grid interfaces
- Define grid connection requirements and validate compliance
- Review electrical integration of PCS, BMS, EMS, and SCADA
- Supervise load-flow, short-circuit, and protection coordination studies
- Approve vendor documentation and support construction and commissioning teams
- Maintain electrical design standards and oversee engineering deliverables
