About the role
The role supports enterprise digital transformation and MarTech projects. The Business Analyst will gather requirements, analyze processes, and coordinate functional specifications across business and technical teams.
What you'll do
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirement-gathering workshops
- Analyze business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Define requirements for CX applications, portals, and digital workflows
- Maintain project documentation in Jira and Confluence
