About the role
Hashout delivers Adobe-focused digital experience and enterprise platform services to organizations. The PMO Head will govern project delivery across client engagements, manage portfolio risks and financial performance, and lead project and program managers.
What you'll do
- Define PMO governance, delivery methodologies, templates, and review processes
- Monitor portfolio timelines, budgets, scope, resourcing, and risks
- Lead recovery plans for at-risk client projects
- Track portfolio metrics and report status to leadership and clients
- Partner with sales and delivery leads on scoping and resourcing
- Build, mentor, and manage project managers and Scrum Masters
