About the role
HP's IDC Planning & Operations team supports product engineering and innovation through business planning and operational analysis. This analyst will build dashboards, analyze performance and workforce data, and prepare insights for leadership decisions.
What you'll do
- Build executive dashboards and operational reports using Power BI and Excel
- Track KPIs, headcount, spend, investments, and organizational performance
- Analyze trends, variances, and root causes to identify risks and opportunities
- Support forecasting, workforce planning, and resource utilization analysis
- Prepare metrics and presentations for business and operating reviews
- Automate reporting and improve data quality and reporting methods
