About the role
PhonePe builds digital payments, distribution and financial services platforms. This analyst will manage payment operations, reporting, transaction monitoring and coordination with banks, networks and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day payment operations with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify operational needs for technology and coordinate solution implementation
- Prepare business and ad-hoc reports
- Monitor transaction success rates and analyse data for improvements
- Coordinate customer escalations and resolve payment issues
- Drive reconciliations and corrections with the finance team
