About the role
PhonePe builds digital payment, financial services, and distribution platforms, including merchant payment services. This person will manage terminal and payment operations, monitor transaction performance, coordinate partners, and support integrations and reconciliations.
What you'll do
- Manage terminal procurement, onboarding, and tracking
- Coordinate with banks and processors to resolve issues and improve turnaround times
- Monitor payment success rates and investigate transaction failures
- Refine payment routing to improve conversion and reduce processing costs
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards using Excel and SQL
- Coordinate payment integrations, reconciliations, and customer escalations
