About the role
Capco provides consulting and transformation services to financial services and energy clients. The analyst will elicit requirements, map current and future processes, and identify operational improvements for KYC and onboarding initiatives.
What you'll do
- Elicit and document requirements for KYC and onboarding initiatives
- Create end-to-end process maps using BPMN and swim lane diagrams
- Analyze current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Support future-state process and operating model development
- Define process KPIs and help measure improvements
