Business Process Owner - Order and Service Management

ABB’s Electrification division provides electrical distribution and management technologies, solutions and services. The Business Process Owner will govern order and service processes, support SAP S/4HANA transformation, and lead process implementation and adoption.

• Define and govern end-to-end sales order and service management workflows
• Standardize processes across countries and business units
• Partner with ERP teams to support SAP S/4HANA migration and optimization
• Lead process implementation, training, and best-practice sharing
• Develop communication and change management plans
• Liaise between functional teams, business stakeholders, and transformation leadership
