Change & Program Manager

• Lead change management across transformation and transition initiatives
• Develop change strategies, communication plans, and tailored messaging
• Assess stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and adoption risks
• Facilitate workshops and leadership alignment sessions
• Coordinate transformation workstreams, governance, reporting, and risk tracking
• Support training, knowledge transfer, and post-transition stabilization
