About the role
Fresenius Medical Care provides healthcare services and products. The FP&A Manager leads reporting, budgeting, process operations, and development of the shared services FP&A team.
What you'll do
- Oversee timely and accurate FP&A transactions, including reporting and cost allocation
- Monitor process execution and ensure service-level agreements are met
- Manage operational issue resolution and support process changes
- Prepare, validate, and comment on management reports
- Coordinate month-end controlling activities and support annual budgeting
- Coach, appraise, and develop SSC FP&A team members
