Chief of Staff - Optexity

Optexity builds clinical reasoning and computer-use models using data and workflows from clinics and hospitals. The Chief of Staff will own legal, compliance, people, finance, and day-to-day operations while building the company's operational systems.

• Manage outside counsel and the lifecycle of customer, vendor, and corporate contracts
• Coordinate HIPAA and state privacy compliance, audits, and security certifications
• Run onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee records
• Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, expenses, and monthly close
• Manage vendors, software, insurance, and team logistics
• Take ambiguous operational problems from the founders and drive them to completion
