About the role
Freshworks builds SaaS software for customer and employee experience, including service, CX and IT solutions. This person will lead strategic analyses and initiatives, shape executive decisions, and help turn recommendations into action.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic initiatives from framing through execution
- Analyze growth opportunities across AI, product, pricing and markets
- Build business cases, financial models and scenario analyses
- Partner with senior leaders to shape decisions and drive alignment
- Develop executive and Board-level recommendations
- Track execution and assess strategic outcomes
