Freshworks builds AI-enabled customer and employee experience software for businesses. You will shape AI agent products, set product strategy and roadmaps, and drive customer adoption and product outcomes.
What you'll do
- Define product vision and strategy for AI agent offerings
- Research customer needs and translate them into product requirements
- Own product roadmaps, prioritization, metrics, and OKRs
- Coordinate product delivery with engineering, design, and product leadership
- Drive customer adoption and engagement using feedback and analytics
