About the role
Fictiv's Operations & Supply Chain organization manages global manufacturing and supply chain operations. This person will support the SVP by leading operating cadence, strategic initiatives, analysis, executive communications, and performance tracking.
What you'll do
- Own the organization’s operating cadence and drive follow-through on decisions
- Lead cross-regional strategic initiatives from problem framing through measurable outcomes
- Prepare analyses, business cases, and recommendations for executive decisions
- Draft executive materials, organizational narratives, and stakeholder updates
- Track goals and KPIs, surface risks, and recommend interventions
- Manage the SVP’s priorities, calendar, international travel, and meeting logistics
