About the role
MISUMI Americas provides standard, configurable, and custom manufacturing solutions through a digital manufacturing platform. The HR intern will support priority projects and help develop HR initiatives, processes, and employee programs.
What you'll do
- Support evaluation and replacement of HR vendors and services
- Coordinate an upcoming insurance renewal
- Support learning and development and employee well-being initiatives
- Assist with career progression frameworks and documentation
- Document and improve HR operations procedures
