Facilities Operations Manager - GCC (Night Shift)

MISUMI Americas provides configurable and custom manufacturing solutions through a digital manufacturing platform. The Facilities Operations Manager will run workplace operations, manage vendors and budgets, and oversee safety and compliance at the Bengaluru GCC.

• Oversee daily office operations, maintenance, housekeeping, pantry, and security
• Manage vendor sourcing, service contracts, facilities budgets, and invoice processing
• Plan seating allocations, office moves, transport, and visitor logistics
• Own workplace safety protocols, statutory compliance, and emergency response
• Monitor facilities KPIs and forecast future space and service needs
• Oversee administrative operations, documentation, and internal coordination
