About the role
Fictiv supports manufacturing through a digital platform and coordinates logistics for U.S. operations. You will coordinate import shipments, address customs and delivery issues, and maintain shipment records and operational reporting during U.S. night shift hours.
What you'll do
- Coordinate international import courier shipments for U.S. operations
- Monitor shipments and resolve delivery delays and customs holds
- Review shipping documents and customs documentation
- Follow up with carriers on entry corrections and shipment escalations
- Maintain shipment tracking records and operational reports
- Analyze import timelines and on-time delivery performance
