About the role

What you'll do
- Redesign the sales process from prospecting through closed deals
- Build AI-enabled GTM tools with engineering and measure their impact
- Run growth metrics, dashboards, and leadership operating cadence
- Develop pricing, packaging, positioning, and brand strategy
- Coordinate launches of new products and markets
- Prepare materials for board and senior leadership meetings
