About the role
Loop Health provides diagnostic services, including tests, bookings, sample collection and reports. The associate will support customers by phone and email, resolve service issues, coordinate with teams and document cases.
What you'll do
- Answer customer queries by phone and email
- Assist with diagnostic bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and report queries
- Resolve complaints and escalations and follow up on pending issues
- Coordinate with diagnostic centres, phlebotomists, laboratories and operations teams
- Explain test preparation requirements and service timelines
- Record customer interactions and follow defined quality procedures
