Loop provides group health insurance, primary care and preventive healthcare to Indian companies. You will lead benefits consulting for enterprise clients, optimize plan design using claims data, and build a team and consulting playbook.

• Lead plan design and renewal strategy for enterprise accounts
• Analyze claims data to identify benefit gaps, unused benefits and loss-ratio trends
• Advise global companies on benefits design for distributed workforces
• Advise clients on M&A, entity and policy consolidation
• Build and lead a team of benefits analysts
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product and Data on pursuits and tools
