About the role
AlphaSense provides an AI-powered market intelligence and workflow platform for business and finance professionals. The analyst completes client security and compliance questionnaires, manages DDQ workflows, and escalates questions requiring expert input.
What you'll do
- Complete client DDQs within agreed turnaround times
- Review questionnaires and apply approved answers and procedures
- Check AI-generated questionnaire responses for accuracy
- Escalate questions without approved answers to subject matter experts
- Maintain DDQ trackers and update the standardized answer repository
- Manage client access requests for the Trust Library
