About the role
AlphaSense provides an AI platform for market intelligence, combining business documents and workflow tools for enterprise users. The Business Analyst will analyze content sources, usage and operations to inform content strategy, reporting, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Compare content sources and partnerships to support business cases and cost-benefit analysis
- Analyze content usage, readership, and coverage across platform offerings
- Build dashboards and reports with Content and Business Intelligence teams
- Manage content requests in ProductBoard and prepare content presentations
- Research industry trends and compile competitive intelligence
- Identify process gaps and implement improved workflows
