About the role
MongoDB provides the Atlas cloud database platform across major cloud providers. This engineer will monitor and resolve customer-facing incidents, automate operations, and improve systems and processes supporting Atlas uptime.
What you'll do
- Monitor Atlas for emerging customer-facing incidents
- Diagnose live incidents and help resolve them
- Automate routine monitoring and troubleshooting tasks
- Design and deploy systems to reduce incident resolution time
- Coordinate on-call incident response with global operations teams
- Identify improvements to Atlas management applications
