About the role
MongoDB provides a cloud-native data platform for organizations building and modernizing applications. You will configure and improve Xactly sales compensation systems, support plan administration and analysis, and coordinate testing, reporting, and deployments.
What you'll do
- Configure and manage the Xactly platform
- Analyze commission results and troubleshoot system issues
- Gather business requirements and document system configurations
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and new functionality deployments
- Produce ad hoc reports and analyze business data
- Work with data warehouse and ETL teams on commission data changes
