About the role
MongoDB provides a cloud-native data platform for organizations building and scaling applications. The Technical Account Manager guides major customers on architecture, performance, recovery, and security while coordinating technical outcomes and product feedback.
What you'll do
- Guide customers in designing and scaling MongoDB solutions
- Resolve customer questions about architecture, performance, recovery, and security
- Conduct technical deep dives or connect customers with subject matter experts
- Develop shared account objectives and anticipate customer needs
- Share customer requirements and opportunities with product teams
- Mentor new team members and build knowledge of new product lines
