Collection Executive

Zolve provides cross-border banking and credit products to migrants and global citizens. The Collections Executive will recover overdue US credit card payments, negotiate resolutions, maintain account records and ensure compliant customer handling.

• Manage portfolios of delinquent US credit card accounts
• Contact customers and negotiate payment arrangements or settlements
• Maintain collection records and escalate accounts when needed
• Ensure collection activities comply with US regulations
• Address customer queries and explain repayment options
• Meet collection targets and report account and payment trends
