Zillow is a U.S. real estate platform that supports buying, selling, financing and renting homes. The specialist reviews condominium project documents, assesses eligibility and risk, and coordinates reviews to meet lending guidelines and turnaround times.
What you'll do
- Review condominium documents for mortgage lending eligibility
- Assess project risks, deficiencies and missing documentation
- Coordinate with HOAs, lenders, borrowers and other parties to obtain information
- Record review conditions and maintain accurate review records
- Complete reviews within established turnaround times and support quality control
