About the role
Zillow is a real estate platform that helps people buy, sell, finance, and rent homes. The administrator will operate and improve enterprise Atlassian products, integrations, identity controls, licensing, and support processes.
What you'll do
- Administer and configure Jira, Confluence, Loom, and connected applications
- Design workflows, permissions, automations, reports, and reusable platform standards
- Investigate complex incidents across Atlassian products, integrations, and identity systems
- Develop API-based automation and operational tools
- Govern licensing, Marketplace applications, and delegated administration
- Mentor junior administrators and support engineers
