• Track software assets from procurement through retirement
• Maintain software inventory, entitlements, and license records
• Audit deployments and address license overuse or unauthorized installations
• Coordinate software agreements and renewals with procurement
• Build dashboards and reports on usage, compliance, and costs
• Configure SAM tools and improve asset management processes
