What you'll do
- Review technology and identify efficient mechanisms for content operations
- Assess content workflows and handoffs to identify automation opportunities
- Coordinate UI improvements to reduce process gaps
- Deploy and evolve capabilities in Content Production
- Define and report KPIs for tool effectiveness, stability and resilience
