About the role
Glean provides enterprise search, AI assistants, and agents that connect with workplace systems. You will own connector documentation and build automated, AI-supported systems to keep it accurate, complete, and current.
What you'll do
- Own the quality, organization, and maintenance of connector documentation
- Build scripts, agents, and pipelines for documentation creation and validation
- Create AI workflow evaluations and guardrails
- Develop checks that detect stale, inconsistent, or incomplete content
- Define documentation health measures and prioritize improvements with product teams
