About the role
Glean provides an AI platform for enterprise search, assistants, and agents across workplace data. The Senior Manager will lead technical accounting assessments and build scalable accounting processes, controls, and internal audit capabilities.
What you'll do
- Prepare accounting memos under US GAAP and, where relevant, IFRS
- Assess accounting implications of products, contracts, investments, and business initiatives
- Translate accounting conclusions into close procedures, systems requirements, and controls
- Lead India IFC readiness, testing support, and remediation
- Develop an in-house Internal Audit and Controls function
- Coach team members and advise Finance leaders on accounting decisions
