About the role
Glean provides an AI platform for enterprise search, assistance, and workflow automation. The Procurement Analyst will manage global procure-to-pay execution, vendor processes, compliance, reporting, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Review purchase requisitions for completeness, coding, and approval compliance
- Convert approved requisitions into purchase orders and track vendor acknowledgments
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation, risk assessments, and contract follow-up
- Support sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, bidding, and commercial negotiations
- Maintain procurement records, dashboards, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation
- Review open purchase orders, reconciliations, accruals, and after-the-fact purchases
